Ignition Coil for Oil Heads (2-spark) & Hex-Heads
The ignition coil you need for your Oil Head dual-spark models are now available at an affordable price!
• Each coil replaces BMW part #12 13 7 715 853, used on the following models.
DUAL-Spark only: R1150GS & Adv, R1150R & Rockster, R1150RT, R1150RS, R1100S.
and R1200GS & Adv, R1200S & HP2, R1200ST, R1200R, R1200RT
• Improved design with stainless steel jacket for strength and heat reflection
• 1K Ohm total resistance
• Compare! This coil from BMW costs about 20% more!
Note: sold EACH, however, as per BMW Technical Service Bulletin, all coils should be replaced as a set. Dual-spark engines require one coil per cylinder.
