While many of our most popular products are available here for convenient online purchase, the merchandise shown on our website is by no means our entire inventory. For access to ALL our parts, accessories, and apparel the easiest way to place an order is to call our TOLL-FREE order line 1- 800-269-2627. Call between 9:00am and 6:00pm (4:00pm during winter hours) Tuesday through Friday, or 9:00am to 4:00pm Saturday. Of course, FAX and e-mail orders can be placed anytime. We make every effort to ship all orders within ONE business day of when they are received. There is NO MINIMUM ORDER at Bob's!
NOTE: The presence of an item on our website does NOT guarantee that we have that item in stock. However, when back orders do occur, we work with vendors to fullfill your request as quickly as possbile. You will be notified quickly when a part or product you have ordered is not in stock.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
With our online Rider’s Store, getting information about your shipping options and what they’ll cost is easy. For our customers in the US, the rates for the various levels of FedEx (our default shipper) and USPS (mail) are shown in a drop-down menu on the checkout page. For orders going outside the US, your shipping options via USPS International will be shown in the menu. The estimated shipping cost of your total order will appear, which INCLUDES handling and insurance. Plesae be aware oversize/overweight items may require additional shipping fees. A representative will contact you if this is the case.
Other shipping options for domestic orders are available upon request by phone. These include all services provided by UPS, as well as several common carriers for oversize shipments sent domestically. Shipping cost is based on the weight and dimension of the package. To that we add a modest fee for materials and handling (see below). When you request one of the shipping services above we will provide a realistic estimate of your total shipping cost. We Ship INTERNATIONAL Orders!
We make every effort to choose the most reliable and cost efficient carrier to the various countries we serve. At the present time, Canadian and most other international orders are shipped by USPS International, unless requested otherwise. In all cases, any additional customs and brokerage fees, whether added by the carrier or the destination government, are the responsibility of the customer. If packages are sent to freight forwarders, Bob's responsibilities end with delivery of package to shipping address.
HANDLING
Bob's Motorcycles adds a nominal handling charge to the rate charged to us by FedEx, UPS and other carriers to cover the ever rising cost of materials such as boxes, bubble wrap, tape, etc. Whenever feasible we will use recycled materials to help keep costs down and reduce waste, which in turn, helps us keep our shipping & handling charges competitive. Our aim, as always, is to provide the BEST possible service to our customers. We welcome your questions and feedback about our shipping charges and policies.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards. When faxing an order, please remember to include a home AND daytime phone number, your credit card number and the expiration date. Orders placed by phone may also be pre-paid by money order or certified check.
We do not ship COD. COD or personal checks are NOT accepted! Dealers may pay with a company check but must obtain prior approval.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
We are confident that you will be happy with every purchase you make from Bob's Motorcycles. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products, please contact us right away. You may return merchandise (except as noted below), provided it is unused, in original condition, and original packaging within 30 days from the date of invoice for a full refund of the purchase price. No returns on electrical items, bearings, books & CD-ROMs, BMW special tools, special ordered or custom made items, parts & accessories that have been installed or show signs of use or wear, helmets, or any apparel worn next to the skin.
Returns/Exchanges
You are responsible for covering all shipping and brokerage charges associated with returns or exchanges. For international shipments, it is important to mark them as a "Merchandise Return" and choose a carrier that does not impose brokerage fees. Additionally, any COD shipments or those with additional brokerage fees charged to Bob’s Motorcycles upon delivery will be declined. All other conditions and terms stated in our Return & Refund Policy also apply to international returns.

General: All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. A shipping label can be purchased from Bob’s for a nominal fee. Include a copy of your packing list with all returns.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card.
Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.
Incorrect Size: No charge for exchange. We will exchange customer orders that do not fit, if the customer requests the same item in a different size. Customer pays all shipping charges.
Customer Order Error: Incorrect customer orders can be exchanged for any other item without paying the restocking charge. However, the customer will pay the additional shipping and handling charge.
Return Shipping Instructions: Return via FedEx or US mail. We encourage choosing a method with tracking as we are not responsible for lost packages. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging.
