Shipments within the Unites States
Orders totaling $249 or more qualify for free Standard Shipping within the United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico). If you are placing an international order, we encourage you to visit our International Orders page for further details.

Our team is committed to promptly processing and shipping your order to ensure it reaches you in a timely manner.

Items in-stock typically ship within 1-2 days. Please note that our shipping days are Monday through Friday. As a local family-owned business with limited space, we strive to maintain a comprehensive inventory in our warehouse. However, in some cases, we may arrange for the product to be shipped directly to you from our vendor's warehouse for faster delivery. If this is not feasible, there may be an additional 3-5 day delay as the item makes its way to our facility. (NOTE: this does not include items on backorder from vendors).

A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping. For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Thursday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Thursday evening or Friday morning.

Shipping and Handling
Shipping and Handling Charges: Shipping and handling charges are based on the total price of your order. Oversized or heavy items may have an additional shipping cost. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared.

We will notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge for your order prior to billing and shipping.

We ship via US Postal Service, and FedEx in the contiguous US. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii and International orders will have an additional shipping cost applied.

Delivery Time: Allow 4-10 business days for delivery of non-backordered items in the continental US. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and International Orders.

Consolidated Shipments: If multiple orders are placed, orders will be shipped together whenever possible.

Shipping Method
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that shipping does not occur on Saturdays and Sundays. Our order processing cut-off time is 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Please be aware that shipping times and estimates are not guaranteed. Standard Shipping

Delivery typically in 1-5 business days after shipment.

Two Day

Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is shipped out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed Monday night, and ships out Thursday, it will arrive on Monday the following week.

Next Day

Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped. For example, an order that ships out on Thursday with Next Day delivery would be delivered on Friday. An order shipping out on Friday with Next Day would arrive on Monday.

Hazardous Items
Items designated as hazardous (such as paints and chemicals) may only be shipped via ground shipping to the contiguous 48 United States via FedEx.

Tires
Tires are currently only being shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Ground shipping.

Damaged Goods
If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 24 hours. Claims must be handled through the shipping carrier within 24 hours of delivery. Please keep all packing materials and take pictures to aid in the claim. Bob’s will assist customers with these claims to the best of our ability.

Oversized Items
Over-sized and/or heavy items including tires, side cases (saddlebags), top cases, windshields, body panels, seats, ramps, fairings, motorcycle stands, certain full exhaust systems, etc.  are only being shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Ground shipping.

Delivery
Typically packages will be left at your door and do not require a signature. Sometimes we will drop ship an item from our vendor which may require a signature. If you absolutely need one way or the other, please contact us prior to placing your order. Once a package shows DELIVERED by carrier, Bob’s assumes no responsibility. Claims must be handled with the shipping carrier directly.

PO Boxes
Orders shipping to PO Boxes may require 3-5 business days for processing before they are shipped, ensuring delivery through the US Postal Service. For the most accurate delivery estimates, contact us. Please note that certain oversized items may be restricted from delivery to a PO Box, depending on the policies of the receiving facility.

Package Refusals
If you decide to refuse your package, Bob's Motorcycles reserves the right to deduct any fees associated with the refusal. These fees will be subtracted from any refund that is owed to you. Once the item is received and processed, you will be refunded the total amount minus the Refusal/Return to Sender fees. This policy applies to both domestic (US) and international orders. We strongly recommend reaching out to us if you have an issue, or setting up a return authorization where you can purchase our shipping label for a nominal fee. (contiguous 48 States only).

Shipping Changes
Shipping changes after an order is shipped, such as intercepts, address changes, and will call pick-up requests, are not always possible (depending on the carrier). Requests to change an address may be subject to a $25.00 fee per package, if accepted. Bob's reserves the right to deny a request at any time.

Order Cancellation
To cancel an order call 301-497-8949 immediately during business hours (Monday – Friday) and/or email parts@bobsmotorcycles.com outside of regular business hours. Please include your full name and specific request. Please note, once an order is in processing status, we cannot guarantee the change to the order can be made

International Orders
Orders shipping to an International destination will ship via USPS. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days to process your order. See more details on our International Order Policy Page

CURRENT USPS INTL RESTRICTIONS/CHANGES:
The United States Postal Service has temporarily suspended international mail acceptance to destinations where the foreign postal operator has indicated that they are unable to process or deliver international mail or services originating from the United States.

International Shipping Terms & Conditions

Returns/Exchanges
You are responsible for covering all shipping and brokerage charges associated with returns or exchanges. For international shipments, it is important to mark them as a "Merchandise Return" and choose a carrier that does not impose brokerage fees. Additionally, any COD shipments or those with additional brokerage fees charged to Bob’s Motorcycles upon delivery will be declined. All other conditions and terms stated in our Return & Refund Policy also apply to international returns.

General: All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. A shipping label can be purchased from Bob’s for a nominal fee. Include a copy of your packing list with all returns.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card.

Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.

Incorrect Size: No charge for exchange. We will exchange customer orders that do not fit, if the customer requests the same item in a different size. Customer pays all shipping charges.

Customer Order Error: Incorrect customer orders can be exchanged for any other item without paying the restocking charge. However, the customer will pay the additional shipping and handling charge.

Return Shipping Instructions: Return via FedEx or US mail. We encourage choosing a method with tracking as we are not responsible for lost packages. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging.

Return/Exchange Instructions: Enclose a copy of your return authorization email or E-mail Invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions. Send exchanges and returns to dealership.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged on instate orders if required by law.

Payment Methods
Orders accepted via secure online order form only. Most major credit cards are accepted. Credit card purchases verified for your protection.

Backorders Items
Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: We will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option.

Policies
Individual product descriptions are claims of the manufacturer and/or distributor and are not guaranteed to be accurate. Prices subject to change without notice. Mistakenly posted prices and/or options on the website do not obligate us to those incorrect prices and/or options. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone for any reason.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE*

If your Bob’s Motorcycles parts, accessories, or apparel purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it for a refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. To avoid a restocking fee and to receive a full refund, excluding shipping and handling fees, the item must be new, unused, showing no sign of wear or use, and in its original packaging.

Manufacturer Warranties
Many of our products come with a manufacturer warranty. Claims must be handled through the manufacturer, but Bob’s will assist customers with these claims to the best of our ability.

Damaged Items
Immediately email parts@bobsmotorcycles.com or call 301-497-8949 if any items in your order arrive damaged.  Keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Claims must be handled within 24 hours through the shipping carrier, but Bob’s will assist customers with these claims to the best of our ability.

Order Cancellations or Modifications
We process orders quickly. If you change your mind, act quickly! Call 301-497-8949 or email parts@bobsmotorcycles.com from the email address associated to your order, and please include your full name and specific request. A Bob’s Motorcycles representative will respond with an order update in a timely manner. Please note, once an order is in processing status, we cannot guarantee the change to the order can be made.

*Limitations: The following products cannot be returned: closeout/clearance merchandise, motorcycles, gift cards, vintage and one-of-a-kind parts and accessories, electronics, copy written materials (i.e. repair manuals), installed items, VIN-specific products (i.e. keys), BMW and Ducati special tools, painted parts, and custom/special orders (i.e. key matched luggage or specific sizes not currently in stock).

PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE

Bob’s Motorcycles will match any advertised price on the same in-stock product from an authorized U.S. based and operating dealer. If you made a purchase at Bob’s Motorcycles and see a lower advertised price within 30 days of purchase, we’ll refund you the difference or provide a store credit.

Bob’s Motorcycles will typically accept coupons from some competitors and industry partners. Original, screenshot, unexpired, ads/coupons must be presented. All price match requests are subject to Management approval and confirmation of offer, coupon, or discount.
