Highway Pegs
New and improved mounting system!
Especially on long rides, the ability to stretch out and change your seating position, if only for a short while, can make your ride much more enjoyable. These highway pegs attach to many engine protection bars that have a horizontal tube integrated in the design.
The facts:
- Easy installation on engine protection bars via included adapter
- For mounting on any horizontal tubing with 25 mm diameter
- Solid aluminum
- Non-slip rubber support notch
- When not in use discreetly folded
- Effective "long-range tool"
- Available in black or silver
Please note the following fitment information :
- R1200 GS up to 2012 and R1200 GSA up to 2013: Fits with Wunderlich and Hepco Becker engine bars. If your bike has Original BMW engine bars, you will also need the supplemental engine bar, part number 8166220
- R1200 GS from 2013: Fits Original BMW engine bars. With Wunderlich engine bars, you'll also need part number 35611000 to space the engine bars out and away from the valve covers. Not compatible with valve cover protectors.
- R1200 GS Adventure LC from 2014: Fits Original BMW engine bars.
- R1200 R up to 2014. No fitment issues with Wunderlich engine bars
- R1200 R LC (2015-on): With Wunderlich engine bars, you'll also need part number 35611000 to space the engine bars out and away from the valve covers. Not compatible with valve cover protectors.
- R1200 RS LC (2015-on): With Wunderlich engine bars, you'll also need part number 35611000 to space the engine bars out and away from the valve covers. Not compatible with valve cover protectors.
- R1200 RT LC (2014-on): With Wunderlich engine bars, you'll also need part number 35611000 to space the engine bars out and away from the valve covers. Not compatible with valve cover protectors.
