Denso W24ES-U (Old Bosch # W240T2, W4CC) Spark Plug is correct for the following 1955-'69 Twins:
• R50 & R50/2 (Long Reach Heads Only)*
• R60 & R60/2 (Long Reach Heads Only)*
These Denso spark plugs are the correct NON-resistor spark plugs for 1948-69 models called for by BMW. Do not use resistor plugs or use spark plug caps with a resistance over 1 Ohm.
*Long reach heads will have "LK" stamped marking on the cylinder head. Compare with installed plugs, long reach plugs have thread depth of 3/4 inch.
Don't forget spark plug gap gauge to double check the electrode gap. See recommended products.
