Ilium Works Highway Pegs for R Models with Horizontal Engine Protection Bars

Ilium Works announces a significant improvement in BMW Highway Peg design for R Models equipped with horizontal style engine guard bars such as ZTechnik. Will fit the following models which are equipped with appropriate engine protection bars: R1200GS & Adv, R1200RT, R1200R, R1200ST, R1200S, R1150-All, R1100RT, R1100RS, R1100R, R850R Ilium Works touts their new Highway Peg design as superior to existing designs because of the following features: • The mounting system bolts securely to the 25mm engine guard bars that run horizontally under the head, such as those made by Ztechnik or some Hepco & Becker. Note: NOT for cylinder protection bars that attach to the heads or valve covers. • Large size urethane foot pads are very comfortable and pivot or rock to accommodate different foot positions. • Three inches of adjustment length allows riders of different inseam lengths to be equally comfortable. • These Highway Pegs fold away neatly under the head when not in use, preserving the uncluttered look of your BMW. Choose your finish! Available in Clear anodized or Black powder coat. NOTE: Engine guard bars pictured above are not included. Will fit with most valve cover protectors. Some adjustments may be required. Will not fit 28mm engine guard bars. Fits 25mm bars or 22.5mm bars with our spacers. Please see recommended products for the spacers.
