Everbest Dual Outlet Fuel Petcock for 1955-69 Twin Models

The Everbest petcocks were original equipment on Post War models through about the mid 1970's. The originals were prone to leakage and consequently, because no replacement parts were available in prior years, many were tossed and replaced with the newer Karcoma petcock. If you own one of these bikes, then no matter how painstakingly restored or original it might be, without an Everbest petcock, it's not quite period correct. While the later model petcocks work just fine, these have the classic appearance and belong on the older models.

The Original Everbest petcocks were made by a company called EVEGA in Nuremberg. Karkoma (then Karco-Armaturenwerk) purchased EVEGA in 1962 and continued to supply BMW throughout the period when the above models were built. This is a top quality reproduction with seals made of modern materials that will last for years.

Will fit some pre-1955 models but check thread size, this model is M20X1. Please see recommended products for earlier M16X1 model.

Note: A gasket where the petcock attaches to the tank is included. An upper filter screen is NOT included as this petcock has a built-in filter before the outlet nipple. Just undo the coupling nut before the nipple and clean out periodically.
