BMW Vario Top Case for F650GS, F700GS, & F800GS

The Vario Top Case is expandable from 25 to 35 liter capacity. The Vario case, a concept tried and tested on the R 1200 GS, is an excellent, and versatile luggage accessory that suits F-Series riders whether they're touring, commuting, or on an adventure of a lifetime. The Top Case attachment system changed in June, 2014, affecting the bottom half of the top case and the mounting adapter plate on F700GS and F800GS models. Therefore, select the Range (date of manufacture) of your bike, at right, to assure that you get the correct top case. (All F650GS models were made BEFORE the June, '14 cutoff.) Two additional parts, each sold separately, are REQUIRED to complete installation of the Vario Top Case: • Mounting Adapter Plate assembly (includes fasteners) — Part # 77 44 8 523 309 for models made up to June, 2014 — Part # 77 44 8 533 793 for models made after June, 2014 • Lock Cylinder with key — Part # 51 25 7 688 568 (NOTE: If you desire a lock matched to your existing ignition key, PLEASE CALL.)
