This kit includes one adapter plate and the hardware required to mount BMW Atacama Side Panniers to the following specific models:
• R1200GS through 2012* (with BMW aluminum case mounts installed)
• R1200GS Adventure through 2013*
An adapter plate attaches to the bike's aluminum case carrier on the Exhaust side of the bike and is required to mount the wedge plate that's included with the Atacama Pannier Set.
* these are the NON-liquid-cooled models
