There is a small spilt in the bottom, with rust residue inside one of them. They are both unlocked and have no keys included. Interior cargo straps are in good shape. Some padding and tape was applied to the mounting points to reduce play on the frame. Mounting racks not included. Overall good shape and have alot of life left. Hard to find!
