This is the BASE Kit for General Maintenance and Tune-Up on all 1991-'95 Airheads WITH a Paralever rear suspension, AND 1988 & later R100GS & GS/PD, R100R and Mystik. 

You’ll also need to buy the Full Service Supplement Kit specific to your model (sold separately) in order to have ALL the parts for the job. Together, the two kits give you all the FLUIDS, FILTERS, and TUNE-UP ITEMS required for a Full Service. In addition, you'll get frequently neglected or overlooked items that should be replaced when doing a full service, AND a Maintenance Checklist to help you do a thorough and professional job.

THIS Kit contains:
• 3 Liters 20W-50 ADVANTEC Classic Engine Oil (Mineral)
• 2 Quarts 80W90 Hypoid Gear Oil
• 1 Liter 11.5 Wt Fork Oil*
• 1 Bottle (12 oz) DOT 4 Brake Fluid
• 1 Air Filter
• 2 Valve Cover Gaskets
• 1 Speedometer Cable Boot (at transmission)
• 1 Fuel Line (length: 1 meter) with correct braided cloth covering (not BMW)**
• 2 Carburetor Float Bowl Gaskets
• 5 Various Crush Washers for all fill & drain plugs on engine, transmission, & final drive.

*As of Oct. 2015, BMW 11.5 weight fork oil became the factory specified grade for ALL models that previously used 7.5 grade oil.

**1985 and later models used a different type of fuel line as part of a SHED system that was meant to mitigate the release of fuel vapors. (Mandated only in California but applied to all models sold nationwide.) These systems were routinely dismantled and replaced with earlier style conventional fuel lines. However it's possible that a few bikes still retain an active SHED system, in which case this Braided Fuel Line would be technically incorrect. Or, look at it as your chance to finally remove that cumbersome and inefficient SHED system from your bike!
