EnDuraLast Ignition Coil Pair for 1970-1980 Airheads

This is a high performance EnDuraLast Coil and can be used to replace the original 6 volt coils on all conventional points and transistorized BMW Airhead Ignition systems through to 1984.

Plenty of cooling surface area with metal canister and resin-filled design; will NOT crack like aftermarket epoxy-filled coils.

When mounting these large diameter coils, check for gas tank clearance to avoid rubbing against these larger coils. A washer (or washer stack) between the rear tank mount and frame will raise the tank enough to eliminate any possible coil/tank abrasion. The slightly larger diameter coils will fit perfectly when using part number BO-CoilClamp52x2

Replaces the discontinued Super BLUE coil in every performance characteristic and replaces smaller OE Bosch Coils and/or Bosch P{art Numbers 0 221 100 313, 0 221 101 003, 0 221 124 001.

Specifications -
1.2 ohms resistance each x 2 wired in series = 2.4 ohms

Voltage output = 40,000 to 50,000 volts
