Edelweiss Austria/Italy Motorcycle Tour July 4-13, 2025. 10 days/9 nights.
Two fantastic, world-famous events are on the agenda for this fantastic Alpine tour in July 2025: the BMW Motorrad Days in Garmisch-Partenkirchen at the beginning and then one of the legendary “Feschtls” at the end, with which we have always celebrated Edelweiss Bike Travel's milestone birthdays, including the upcoming 45th anniversary.
BMW motorcycles have been around since 1923, Edelweiss tours since 1980 and the Motorrad Days since 2001. At the very beginning they took place in Seefeld in Tyrol and that's exactly where we start our tour. After arriving on Friday, we spend the entire Saturday on the festival grounds in Garmisch, together with tens of thousands of BMW enthusiasts from all over the world. On Sunday, we climb onto our motorcycles and ride deep into the Alps, to Italy. The Dolomites are one of the most beautiful regions in the world and the roads are among the most spectacular imaginable. We spend two nights there and then head far to the west, to Livigno, where another two nights are planned. On the rest day we will explore a few Swiss passes and then return to Tyrol, of course not without having taken the world-famous Stelvio Pass under our wheels. Friday and Saturday will be dedicated to the 45th anniversary of Edelweiss, with rides, presentations, parties and much more.

What can you expect from the Edelweiss 45 Years Anniversary Celebrations?
A long weekend full of highlights! Thursday kicks things off: After your arrival, there will be a relaxed welcome party with a BBQ where we will toast to the upcoming weekend. On Friday, there will be a guided ride, including a traditional Edelweiss picnic, followed by an atmospheric Tyrolean evening with regional delicacies. Saturday is dedicated to guided motorcycle and e-bike tours, before we inaugurate our new company building and cap the day with a festive gala dinner along with the big Edelweiss raffle. On Sunday, it will be time to say goodbye.
