2026 Summer Meltdown Sale

Bob’s Used Parts launched in the winter of 1981/82 with a simple idea: find good parts and get them into riders’ hands. Most sold quickly—but some didn’t. So Bob created the first BOB’S MELTDOWN SALE: a no-frills list of overstock items priced to move fast.

Originally mailed out and printed in tiny font to fit more deals, the sale featured quality used parts and new old stock from dealer buyouts across the country. The goal was simple—clear space, keep inventory fresh, and pass along “ridiculously low prices.”

That idea helped grow Bob’s into the business it is today, serving loyal customers for over 40 years with new and used motorcycles, parts, and gear.

The MELTDOWN SALE is back—and it works the same way it did in the early days:

• A downloadable PDF list (you print it)
• BMW, Ducati, and nearly every aftermarket vendor of stuff and gear on the planet
• Mostly new items in original packaging, maybe a little dust from store displays Deep discounts—many at or below dealer cost
• Limited quantities, first come (by phone), first served

Items may show minor handling or display wear, but all are inspected and fully usable—offering exceptional value across BMW, Ducati, and top aftermarket brands.

How to order:

Review the list, choose your items, then call 301-497-8949 during business hours (M–F 9–6, Sat 9–4). Email orders to parts@bobsmotorcycles.com with subject: MELTDOWN SALE are accepted, but phone orders get priority.
